Digital library is a  concept of storing  information digitally and making it accessible to users  the through digital systems and networks, without a single location. It is, therefore, analogous to library as a storehouse of information, but has a virtual existence in the digital spaces. Online libraries help the scientific society as they act as a reservoir for the storage of important research data, information and findings. For a very long time, the physical records of scientific studies and researches had to live with a critical issue: they were destroyed or lost.

The Psycare Educational Community  provides an online E -Library Facility exclusively free for the PSYCARE members. PEC E-Library is having more than thousands of Reference books related to the  field of Psychology, Criminology,  Forensic Science and Medical Science. The E- learning facility focuses the learning aspirants and academic enthusiastic. The PEC has also included Archives in the E-Library facility.
